Perks are the primary motivation for the employees of Macrodata Refinement and presumably the rest of Lumon Industries. They include trinkets, dances, melon bars, egg bars, and waffle parties.
List of perks
- Pencil erasers are awarded to Refiners who complete 10% of their file.
- Finger traps are awarded to Refiners who complete 25% of their file.
- Music/Dance Experiences are awarded to Refiners who complete 75% of their file.
- Caricatures portraits are awarded to Refiners who complete 100% of their file.
- Melon bars are awarded to new employees or retiring employees.
- Egg bars are awarded to all employees before a Waffle Party.
- Waffle Parties are awarded to the Refiner of the Quarter.
