The employee with the most completed files or the employee chosen by the department head at the end of the quarter once all employees have made their quota is honored with not only the Caricature Portraits of themselves, but also the Waffle Party. In some instances, the whole team may get to enjoy an Egg Bar but the Waffle Party is meant for only one exemplary performer.
