Helena Eagan, or Helly Riggs at work, is a Macrodata Refiner and the daughter of Lumon Industries CEO Jame Eagan. Innie Helly is extremely unhappy with her position and considers death a more acceptable alternative.

Helena is the daughter of Jame Eagan, current CEO of Lumon Industries, and the heir apparent. She underwent the Severance procedure so as to prove to the skeptical public that it is a beneficial technology.
