Revolving is a still-theoretical event that happens to all CEO's of Lumon, believed by some to be when they die, or “die,” depending (see Theories under “The Revolving”), or alternately when the torch is passed to a new CEO, based on what Jame Eagan says to Helena Eagan in season 1, episode 9, “The You You Are.”
