Leonora Eagan was the 7th CEO of Lumon Industries from 1999 to 2003, directly after Phillip Eagan and is also a descendant of its founder, Kier Eagan. The neighborhood of Leonora Lake, where Irving Bailiff lives, is named after her.

Leonora Eagan is the only CEO of Lumon whose tenure as CEO of the company was not ended by her death. She lived two years after retirement with her successor Jame Eagan,the current CEO, running Lumon before she passed away at the relatively young age of 50. Four previous CEOs have died in their 70s, Baird at age 62, and of course Kier died at the ripe old age of 98. It is not known how Leonora Eagan died.
