Gabrielle “Gabby” Arteta is the wife of Senator Angelo Arteta and a mother to three children, most recently Bradley. Gabby was apparently severed, allowing her to avoid experiencing the pain of childbirth. She and her husband are wealthy patrons of Lumon Industries.

She meets Devon Scout-Hale while in her Severed state while they are both at the Damona Birthing Retreat (where she gives birth to Bradley) but does not remember her when they meet again in the park. Her other two children are Declan and Kai.
