The Four Tempers, as “discovered” by Kier Eagan, are Woe, Frolic, Dread, and Malice. They are represented visually in the painting colloquially known as Kier Taming the Four Tempers and also in the form of dancers who perform at a Waffle Party.

In the philosophy of Kier Eagan, every human soul possess some quantity of the four tempers:
