Macrodat Uprising is the Lumon propaganda name for the actions taken by the MDR team in season 1 episode 9, where Dylan G. triggered the Overtime Contingency Protocol for Irving B., Helly R., and Mark S.. It is presented to the aforementioned “hero innies” upon their return to Lumon and memorialized in a claymation marketing video intended to be shown to all new recruits.

The video appears to be propaganda because despite these rebellious innies having broken several serious protocols and revealed the sensitive work of Lumon's Severed Floor activities to people outside the company, it is being spun as a wonderful spark that ignited reform for the innie experience across Lumon's 200+ branches, and the Kier, PE, MDR team being described as heroes, rather than disruptors.
