A claymation welcome video for newly severed employees joining Lumon's Kier, PE branch. It depicts the innie's activation of the OTC ^[1] as both a violent revolt and a wonderful act of rebirth and redemption for which the Founder would surely be grateful. Reforms are promised and an emphasis on innie rights is delineated, but the work is still mysterious and important and questions are clearly not meant to be asked. The company seems to be using the bad publicity of their escape to foster a new public image of kind and courteous corporate overlords. ^[2]

The animated video was produced by Starburns Industries^[3][4] which also produced the stop-motion animation for the film Anomalisa and the Community episode “Abed's Uncontrollable Christmas.”
