Leonora Eagan was the 7th CEO of Lumon Industries from 1999 to 2003, directly after Phillip Eagan and is also a descendant of its founder, Kier Eagan. The neighborhood of Leonora Lake, where Irving Bailiff lives, is named after her.

Leonora Eagan is the only CEO of Lumon who lived after ceasing to be CEO of the company. She lived two years with her successor Jame Eagan, the current CEO, running Lumon before she passed away at the relatively young age of 50. Four previous CEOs have died in their 70s, and one in his 60s, and of course Kier died at the ripe old age of 98.
