Paintings are featured widely in Severance. All appear to be rendered in oil, in a variety of styles. They frequently depict scenes from the life of Lumon Industries founder Kier Eagan, or illustrate his philosophies and sayings. While all of the paintings appear to relate in some way to Lumon, not all of the paintings are Kier-centered.

The artwork is stored, maintained and hung by the Optics and Design department which is located on the Severed Floor.
