At Damona Birthing Retreat, Gabby Arteta is severed so as to not have to remember the painful experience of giving birth. Some fans who contribute to this Wiki have suggested (since both sides of Gaby are “outies” in the world) that we call the birthing Gaby a Birthie, and the regular “full memory” one a “Mommy.” Either way, we know that Gabby does not need to cross the physical threshold within Lumon's building to switch between her “birthie” and her “mommy,” but does that mean that her memory of the birth is still somewhere within her and could be reactivated?
