The Kier Eagan replica house is a full-size replica of Lumon founder Kier Eagan's home, found in the Perpetuity Wing. It is the focal point of the Perpetuity Wing, serving as shrine to Kier's life and works as well as the site where the supreme reward of a Waffle Party is enjoyed.

Precious artifacts housed in the rebuilt home of Kier include his peacock-embroidered bedroom slippers, his shaving kiit, his mortar and pestle, and various samples of early Lumon products.
