Stairwell

The one stairwell that has been revealed is on the other side of a Severed Threshold, the transversing of which activates the Severance chip in the head of a Severed employee. On the corridor side of the door, the Severed employee is in their “innie” state, and on the stairwell side of the door, they are in their “outie” state.
