A tradition at Lumon is to have a group photo taken of the staff in a department. Each employee in the department receives a copy, about 4“ by 6” size, which is put in a silver colored frame. It is one of the few decorations that appear to be allowed on employees' desks.

When new staff replaces departed staff, it is Lumon policy to keep the old photos on the desks until the new picture has been taken and distributed.
