Cecil

Cecil is the romantic partner of Burt Goodman. When Burt retired from his position at Lumon Industries, the two began to pack their bags. They were interrupted, however, by Irving Bailiff's Innie banging on their front door.

While the face of Burt's partner resembles the actor John Noble, who has been announced as having been cast in season 2 of Severance, IMDB still credits Arthur Brooks as this character prior to season 2 airing.
