Food tokens are Lumon-branded quarter-sized coins, stored in an apothecary jar in the Macrodata Refinement Kitchenette (and presumably other departments) and are used to access snacks in the vending machine.

The policy has always been that only two tokens per person may be used per day. However, the newly overflowing token cannister since the Severance Reform seems to indicate that this stricture may have been loosened.
