Mark’s Fish

Mark Scout has two betta fish, one blue and one red, who reside in separate halves of a 20 gallon fish tank in his house.

They are rumored to be upset when people render Kier’s creations in miniature, but the technology does not yet exist to confirm this.

• The colors of the fish are likely an allusion to the red pill and blue pill from The Matrix, which series creator Dan Erickson has cited as an inspiration.
